Are your tours private or shared?

All of our tours are 100% private. That means the vehicle, the guide, and the itinerary are dedicated just to you (and your group).

 

Can I customize my tour?

Absolutely! All our tours can be tailored to your interests, schedule, and preferences. Just let us know what you're looking for.

 

What’s included in the price?

Most tours include private transport, accommodations, an English-speaking driver or guide, fuel, and some meals. Each tour description lists what's included.

 

Do you offer airport pick-up and drop-off?

Yes! We offer fixed-price airport transfers from Marrakech to your hotel or riad for $30. Just let us know your flight details.

 

Do you speak English / French / Spanish?

Yes. Our guides and team members speak English, French, Spanish, and Arabic.

TOURS & DESERT

What is the best time to visit the Sahara Desert?

The best months are from September to May, when the weather is milder. Summer can be very hot, especially in Merzouga.

 

Do your desert tours include camel rides?

Yes! Most of our Sahara tours include a sunset or sunrise camel ride to a desert camp. Let us know if you prefer 4x4 only.

 

What should I pack for a desert tour?

We recommend:

  • Comfortable clothes and walking shoes

  • Sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat

  • A light jacket (desert nights can be cool)

  • A small backpack for your personal items

ACCOMMODATION and MEALS

What type of accommodation do you provide?

We select charming riads and desert camps that combine comfort, cleanliness, and Moroccan authenticity. Upgrades to luxury accommodation are available upon request.

 

Are meals included?

Most tours include breakfast and some dinners (especially in the desert). Lunches are usually not included so you can choose freely where to eat.

How do I book a tour?

You can contact us via our booking form, WhatsApp, or email. A deposit is required to confirm your tour.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Bank transfer

  • Credit card (via secure link)

  • Cash in Morocco (upon arrival if agreed)

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Full refund if cancelled 14+ days in advance

  • 50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days in advance

  • No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before departure

Yes! We love hosting families with children. Our itineraries are flexible, and we can adjust the pace to fit your needs.
